What we collect, and why.

When you book or contact us

The booking and contact forms ask for your name, email, phone number, the property address and anything you choose to tell us about the shoot. We use it to schedule and deliver the work, send you the photographs and invoice you. It is delivered to JPM Real Estate Photography by email and stored on the server that hosts this site so a request is never lost.

Instant Book

When you type a property address, the site suggests matching addresses (using Google's address service) and looks up the public county appraisal record for that property to recommend a package. Those lookups are stored with your booking so we can quote accurately. If you ask us to hold a time, the hold is kept until it is confirmed or expires.

Server records

Like every website, our server keeps a short log of requests (the page, the time and the network address it came from). We use it only to keep the site running and secure, and it is cleared on a rolling schedule.

Embedded players

Films, 3D tours and maps on this site are played through Vimeo, Matterport, Zillow and Google. When you play one, that company may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Nothing loads from them until you press play.

Visitor counts

We may use a visitor-counting tool such as Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It does not identify you by name. If we add one, this page will say so.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email us at the address in the footer and we will handle it within a few business days.
