Plain terms, no surprises.

How the photographs may be used, how appointments work, and how we store your media.

Licensing

Buying photographs, video or any other media from us grants you a licence to use them to market and promote the property or business they depict. The content remains the property of JPM Real Estate Photography.

  • The licence is yours alone and cannot be transferred. If the property sells, the new owner or their agent needs their own licence from us.
  • Selling, redistributing or using the media for profit beyond marketing the property is not permitted, including uploading it to stock or media-selling platforms.
  • Other parties who want to use the media, such as builders, designers or stagers, purchase a separate licence, priced case by case.
  • In Texas, licences are not subject to sales tax; the charge is for the right to use the media.

Appointments

  • Confirmed appointments cancelled on the day of the shoot carry a minimum cancellation fee of $125.
  • Weather reschedules are free. Whether to reschedule for weather is our call.
  • We need unassisted access to the property: an unlocked door, Supra, combination lockbox or a key left for us. For efficiency and safety we recommend no one is present during the shoot. For 3D tours and large bundles, everyone must leave the property while we scan.
  • The property is photographed as we find it. Lights on, blinds open, fans off, cars out of the driveway, trash bins out of sight. We do not move or stage items. Our preparation checklist covers everything.
  • Extra time on site, and additional images requested after the shoot, may carry additional fees. Additional edit requests are charged and turned around within 24 hours.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless we have agreed otherwise. Clients with a payment method on file are billed when the finished photographs are delivered. Items or edits added after the initial order are charged to the method on file. We accept all major credit cards and Bitcoin.

Media storage

  • We back up your media on Google Drive and Aryeo for 30 days after delivery and can re-send it on request in that time.
  • After 30 days we are no longer responsible for storing it. Please download and keep your own copy.

Pricing

Published packages are for residential listings. Prices are subject to change. Purchasers hold marketing rights only, and images may not be distributed to third parties.
